About Jesus

Are you a truth seeker? Have you
ever wondered about the purpose of your life? Do you feel life’s journey is too
tiresome? Maybe you think that you are not good enough or that you are
struggling in something that’s very important to you.

We would like to introduce you
to our friend, comforter, saviour and Lord: Jesus. Have you ever thought of
Jesus as your friend or someone you can trust in the good and bad times in life?

We are happy to let you know
that this same Jesus is the person who has helped us to handle our failures and
successes in life. We wish  to walk you
through understanding Jesus Christ a little more by the end of your time on
this page.

God loves you and has a plan for you!

How well do you know Jesus?

We have been created by God to
enjoy a great relationship with Him. Jesus is the Son of God, who lived on this
earth, blameless without sin.

Sin is the word used to
describe the separation between God and man. The consequence of sin is eternal
death. The bible says “For
all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 NIV).

BUT…

In John 3:16, it reads “For God so loved the
world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall
not perish, but have eternal life.” God’s love for us was so great that he sent
Jesus Christ, his son to bridge the gap and bring humanity closer to God.

As
sinners, we all fell short of God’s glory and were destined to punishment and
death. But Jesus who was sinless, died on the cross, carrying our sins and
shame to redeem us resulting in us receiving eternal life. For
since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through
a man.” (1 Cor 15:21 NIV)

What is next?

Jesus did the hard part for us,
now it is our turn.  All we need to do is
repent of our sins, believe in our heart and confess with our mouth that Jesus
Christ is the son of God. “For
it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your
mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” (Romans 10:10 NIV)

If you’d like to accept Jesus as
your Lord and Saviour, pray this prayer.

Dear Jesus,

I know that I am a sinner, and I
ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the
dead. I turn away from my sins and invite You to come into my heart at this
very moment. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.

Thank you God.

Congratulations! If you have just prayed that prayer and made
a commitment to follow God, please let us know!
